For more than sixty years, our annual golf outing and awards dinner has been instrumental in helping us raise the funds to continue to do what we do—allow kids to be kids. Every dollar we raise supports our mission—providing programs and services to enable children with and without disabilities to play, participate in sports, recreation and leisure and be a part of their communities.

This year we mark our 62^nd annual Golf Outing and Awards Dinner on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at Indian Lakes Resort in Bloomingdale, IL. We hope you can join us!

So, mark your calendar and join us for the 9:00 a.m. tee time (rain or shine), or come later and join us for dinner. We’ll have a silent auction with great prizes, and if you don’t place the winning bid, don’t worry! Everyone goes home with a terrific door prize!

What a fantastic show the kids of Las Vegas are going to experience.

It all started with Variety’s first banquet, back in 1927, which was held in the Grand Ballroom of the William Penn Hotel under the Circus Big Top.

Now 86 years later, in the Bellagio’s Grand Ballroom on Friday, May 3rd 2013, the children will participate in an even greater and more exciting event – complete with Circus acts! Side shows! Popcorn! Cotton Candy! Hot dogs! Hamburgers, French Fries! Cake! Ice Cream! And so much more! (Cobb salad for others).

Come one and come all – and see the look of sheer joy on the children’s faces.  This event will reinforce the true meaning of Variety – the Children’s Charity.
